Morning Stretch Routine for Healthy Posture

It is important, especially in these times were we are constrained to remain inside for longer periods, to try to maintain a healthy posture so that we can move and go through our daily activities with ease. To maintain a good posture, it is important to have a sense of what this is, how it feels, and to keep the body as flexible as possible and maintain good joint range of motion.
To help you to do this I have put together a simple set of 10 morning stretches.
Each circle in the handout represents a specific stretch/exercise and has a link to a YouTube video demonstrating how the stretch should be performed.
Please make sure that you perform each stretch within YOUR own range of motion and comfort and if you feel any pain or discomfort stop and move to the next exercise. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me for any advice.
